The Drone Trainer Podcast 010 – Chris Dantonio

Welcome to the 10th episode of The Drone Trainer Podcast! 10 episodes already?! Anyway, this week’s episode features Chris Dantonio, a drone operator from Philadelphia. Chris has a wicked eye for photography, and has some excellent photos on his Instagram account. We’ll get to that in a second though! Ps if you like the show, why not subscribe so that you don’t miss an episode?

Drone Photographer Chris Dantonio of PhiladelphiaChris’ photography quickly caught my eye on Instagram as he’s taking some unreal shots in downtown Philadelphia. By taking shots at sunrise he’s able to take advantage of excellent lighting, as well as having the whole city to himself. The early droner gets the shot, and also the downtown core without others walking and flying around getting in the way of his shots.

Chris is a full time chef, but is working towards taking the plunge into becoming a full time drone operator. When I asked him if he would leave his culinary career, his response was “100%”

Listen in as Chris discusses how he markets his business via Instagram, as well as tips for who he tags and mentions in his posts to get the most reach possible. In addition to marketing via Instagram, Chris is also selling prints of his work through his website and in person photo shows!

Check out Chris’ work and follow him on social media!
